Are you an NHS consultant who requested a statement like this?
In October 2013, NHS Pensions started to send out letters to all scheme members who had breached/exceeded their annual pension allowance (£50,000) in either year ending 5th April 2011 or year ending 5th April 2012. If any concerned pension scheme member wished to check their own pension situation for those two tax years, they could phone NHS Pensions on 0300 3301 346. Then details would then be sent to them within 3 months of receiving the phone call.
